Well, their bags are packed and with map at the ready we're sending Eric, Buddy and Willow on an adventure to Scotland! They love it there you see, having already enjoyed many an adventure with children throughout Scotland. Following the incredible early success of The Land of Me project run by the Consolarium, Dundee City Council have agreed to provide their 37 primary schools with The Land of Me. So, not content with being the birthplace of marmalade and home of the fabulous new V&A building, Dundee will now be welcoming three furry and feathery newcomers to class.

We're very fortunate to have enjoyed such incredible support from Dundee, in particular ICT Early Years Support Officer Louise Henderson, who had this to say:
"The Land of Me compliments our Curriculum for Excellence beautifully in blending ICT and Active Learning for our Early Level pupils. Children have been thoroughly engaged and motivated to explore the chapters, finding out about each of their favourite characters. It provides a stimulus to venture away from the computer and engage in imaginative play, collaborative tasks and have lots of fun! The animation is beautiful and it's been a real joy sharing this fantastic resource with our community of pupils, parents and practitioners in Dundee."
We've seen schools and nurseries in Scotland doing incredible and inspirational things with The Land of Me and so we're very much looking forward to hearing more stories over the coming months.
If you represent one or more schools, nurseries or childcare providers and are interested in The Land of Me we'd love to hear from you.
